Happy New Year

Now that the house is back in order, I started in on getting the business in order!

At HR Kinections, we are firm believers in the power of a plan. Our FAMOuS Training program is all about achieving results by setting goals to manage, grow and develop your business, while ensuring that your team (the term 'team' is used loosely - as you may be the sole team member or you may have a 100 member team) is headed in the same direction.

So, I dusted of my 2010 Quarter 4 plan (not that it was very dusty) and started to work organizing my first plan for the New Year! After just a couple hours, I am feeling so ready for the new year. I have my plans in place AND the ability to track my achievements so that I can make adjustments as things evolve. To keep me accountable - one of my plans is to blog on a weekly basis!
